Engr. Andrew Chua is currently the president of MTE and he serves on the board of directors of the American Petroleum Institute and the board of trustees of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, the Business Council and the Texas A&M University Engineering Advisory Council.
